To apply as a staff member, developer, or graphic designer, you should meet the following basic requirements:

Estimated Response Time: Most applications are reviewed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a message if selected.

Reminder: Consider saving your responses in a text document in case your session is interrupted.

Privacy: Your information is used solely for the purpose of evaluating your application and is never shared.


Role Descriptions

  • Support Team: Assists users with bot usage, troubleshooting, and support queries.
  • Moderator: Keeps the community safe by enforcing rules and managing user behavior.
  • Developer: Contributes to the Avio Bot's features, backend fixes, and bot tools.
  • Graphic Designer: Designs webpages, emojis and other graphics related to Avio.
  • Management Team: Resposible for ensuring all of Avio Bot's operations run smoothly with little distruption. You'll be in charge of overseeing all operations.
  • Partner: Represents a partnered server or organisation and helps maintain a mutual connection through promotions, events, and community collaboration

  • How long does it take to hear back? Most applications are reviewed within 3-5 working days.
  • Can I apply for multiple roles? Yes, but we recommend focusing on the one you’re most suited for.
  • Can I reapply if I get denied? Absolutely, you can reapply after 1 week. Partners may only reapplying after meeting the requirement set out after previous denial.
  • Will I be notified if accepted? Yes, you will be DM’d on Discord or pinged in the support server.
