Throughout your use of Avio Bot, we may collect publicly available data in order for our features to function, and to provide the best possible experience for our users.

We may collect the following data:

  • Discord User ID: Your Discord User ID may be collected in order to provide user-specific experiences, or to apply updates to user-related issues. Usage Examples: (a.) UserIDs are collected when you interact with our flight booking system to uniquely identify you from other users using the feature. (b.) UserIDs are collected when interacting with our flight miles feature in order to uniquely identify you from other users using the feature.
  • Discord Server ID: Your Discord Server ID may be collected in order to provide server-specific experiences, or to apply updates to server-related issues. Usage Examples: (a.) ServerIDs are collected when you make a flight plan using our flight planner feature in order to store all flight plans created under your server, as well as to uniquely identify your server.
  • Discord Username: Your Discord Username may be collected in order for specific features to function. Usage Examples: (a.) Upon logging onto our dashboard, your username is stored in your session history in order to display personalised features. (b.) When using our flight booking system, your username is stored to provide personalised messages when you view bookings.
  • Application Information: When applying for a position at Avio Bot or for a partnership, additional data (including userIDs, serverIDs, and usernames) may/are collected. Usage Examples: (a.) We collect, but do not store your age when applying for a position at Avio Bot to (1.) ensure you meet the requirements for our team application (2.) ensure you are not below the minimum age requirement for (i.) using the Discord Platform (ii.) using the Avio Bot Application. Users caught attempting to lie about their age will have their access to Avio Bot (and other services we provide) immediately revoked and will be reported directly to the Discord Trust & Safety Team.
  • Usage Data: We may collect data such as your last login time and session started time. Usage Examples: (a.) Your last login time is collected and stored in your session history in order to provide user-specific information to assist with identifiying errors such as (1.) invalid dashboard data due to an expired session. (b.) Your session start time is collected and stored in your session history in order to provide user-specific information to assist with identifying data such as (1.) how long you've had a session opened.
  • Voluntary Provided Details: Details you voluntary provide to us may be collected in order to complete requests or for other reasons. Usage Examples: (a.) Bug-report IDs autogenerated by the Avio Bot Application will be collected in order to provide advanced support for bugs related to the Avio Bot Application. (b.) ErrorIds autogenerated by the Avio Bot Application will be collected in order to provide advanced support for users experiencing errors while using our service.

    • All Discord related data (such as usernames, userIDs & serverIDs) is publicly available to any user on Discord. We will never collect any sensitive information from users and all data we collect is stored securely. How we use Your Data

Data collected throughout your user of the Avio Bot Application may be shared for the following reasons.

We may collect the following data:

  • The Discord Platform: Discord related data such as userIDs and serverIDs will be shared with Discord in order for the Avio Bot Application to operate. Usage Examples: (a.) Discord related data will be shared with Discord when interacting with the Avio Bot Application in order to provide Discord related features, such as (1.) executing slash commands (2.) displaying user-related information. (b.) Discord related will also be shared with Discord when requested by Discord themselves to comply with the Discord Terms of Service, Discord Community Guidelines, Discord Developer Policy and the Discord Developer Terms of Service.
  • Legal Requirements: For legal reasons, we may hand over your information in situations such as (a.) When required by law, including (1.) the violation of the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Nothern Ireland or any other country, which stems from your use of the Aircraft Bot Application or any other service/application operated or provided by us. (b.) In respond to legal action, such as subpoena

How we Share Your Information

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are unable to guarantee that your use of the application will be 100% safe, bug-free, or exempt from disruptions e.g. unexpected downtime. If deemed necessary, we may remove, discontinue or revoke your access to features within the service without advance notice, for a reason or no reason.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Under no circumstances shall Avio Bot, its developers, staff or affiliates, be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the application. This includes, but is not limited to damages for loss of profits or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised prior about the possibilities of these damages.

Data Retention

User Privacy is taken very very seriously within Avio Bot. Any data you provide to us (whether it is voluntarily provided or collected while using Avio Bot) is only held for as long as it is needed to provide the Avio Bot Application or any other service we provide/operate to comply with legal requirements. Once your data is no longer required, it will be promptly deleted in a secure and efficient fashion. If you wish for your data to be deleted earlier, please email us at legal@aviobot.xyz. We will review the request and take the appropriate action in a timely manner.
